Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web site and you’ll discover links to all Shazzie’s information products. Add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket of that branded web site from the purchase buttons on those pages. After you have finished your selection, click on 'checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. All your orders, regardless of which Shazzie branded web site they originate from, go through the same secure shopping cart.

We accept credit card payment

Please note that you will be charged in £ sterling (GBP), not $ dollars (USD) or any other currency. Exchange rate fees (if any) are determined by your bank and may fluctuate over time. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.

For our digital products, delivery is within a few moments

Once your payment has been processed by our systems and partners, you will receive email confirmation and a secure time sensitive download link. We will always give you adequate time to access your downloadable product. If for any reason you fail to download your product we will issue you a new link free of charge.

Physical delivery

If you are purchasing a product that requires physical delivery, when confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping and handling

Postage costs vary according to your country. You can see your postage costs as you check out of the online shop. Please note that if you are in the non-UK EU or international, your postage costs may be very high. Please check these at the checkout before you confirm your order.

Damaged products or unplayable/unreadable digital files

If your goods don't arrive in perfect condition, please phone us on 07882358381 or email us within seven working days of receipt and we'll arrange a replacement. If your goods need to be returned for repair after 30 days of your order initially being placed, we are not liable to pay for any postage costs incurred.

All digital products are delivered immediately. Download times will vary depending on file size.

Physical products

All orders are dispatched same or next day unless otherwise stated. Depending on the weight and contents of your order, we either use a next-day courier service, or a first class postage service. Your order may need to be signed for, so if you're not going to be there, please specify an alternate address, such as your work address.

We are happy for your package to be left in the perimeters of your property or with work colleagues at your specific request. However, in these circumstances, we are wholly unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur.

Delivery times will be sent in your confirmation email. Expect between 5-14 days for your products to arrive.

Back orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added (15% to 31st December 2009, and 17.5% thereafter). All other orders are VAT free, even though the VAT inclusive price is displayed on each of the product pages.

Credit card security

When the order is placed at our web site, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns policy

Our general policy is as follows: We are happy for you to return any "as new" and unused goods that you bought within seven days of receipt of your purchase (as per The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). However, please phone us on 07882358381 first, so we can help you return the item correctly. We will not refund any postage costs on the returned item.

However, we often supersede this with the 'Shazzies365' guarantee, whereby you can return any digital or physical information product created by Shazzie up to 365 days if unsatisfied. If this guarantee is in place it will be clearly stated on the Shazzie branded purchasing web site and confirmed during the shopping cart check out process.
